The HSD site was forced to move to another server and something like this is always a favorable occasion to do some clean-ups and refreshments :-)
The major refreshment is the change from a rather old version of the used CMS to the latest one. The downside of this change was that the content of the old site couldn't be moved to the new one more or less automatically. Therefore, almost all of the previous site's content has been shoveled to the new site manually now.
In addition to the new design the menu navigation of the new site is much clearer. However, the current design should be seen as beta - further refinements will follow but with a lower priority than the movement to another server.
