Up to now we don't have any fixed framework regarding support schemes. However, if you think that
- some detailed information about how our software can be used within your projects
- an e-mail support for a certain period of time
- additional and/or customized features added to our software
- a customer related software built on the top of one of our projects
- ... or whatever related to one of our projects
